The majority of the grapes were selected from the Arroyo Seco AVA of northern Monterey County. The stony terroir and a variety of clones gave this Chardonnay wine a broad flavor spectrum. Barrel fermentation, malolactic fermentation and sur lie aging enhanced the wine’s silky texture, rounded acidity and creamy complexity.
