The Yarden Mount Hermon White is made mostly from Sauvignon Blanc, with Chardonnay and Semillon blended in for added depth and complexity. A cold fermentation preserves the natural vibrancy of these varieties. All of the fruit comes from vineyards in the cool, high elevation, northern Golan Heights.
