Goats do Roam White is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Clairette Blanche, and Riesling, as well as smaller amounts of Viognier and Grenache Blanc. The grapes were hand harvested fully ripe, whole bunch pressed and cold fermented in stainless steel tanks.
