Lower Austria (Niederosterreich). This region is located around the capital of Vienna and is Austria’s largest wine-growing area.

Wine maker notes

Grapes are de-stemmed. Must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 26 days with pumping over. 30% of the wine is matured in used barriques and 70% in stainless steel tanks for six months before bottling.
