COLOUR: Ruby red with garnet reflections. NOSE: Intense, persistent. PALATE: Warm, mouthfilling, round.

Wine maker notes

Estate bottled, single vineyard, 100% Montepulciano grapes. Malolactic fermentation followed by aging in oak barrels for 18 months. Refining in bottle for 4 months. 20% aged in barriques.

Food pairing

Perfect with all meats, red sauces, cheeses. With the traditional regional dish of "Brodetto All’anconetana", an Ancona meat soup.
