Vintage Blanc de Blancs is only made in stellar years when wine making conditions are close to perfect. 2007 was a ripe, luxurious vintage that made for a rich and perfectly balanced sparkling wine. Assertive almond and brioche aromas ready the palate for bright apple flavors that remain through the finish. It’s lively and has plenty of room for additional aging.

This classic Blanc de Blancs is refined and elegant, and is a reflection of the Gruet style perfected at Gruet et Fils, our original winery in Champagne. Our 2007 Blanc de Blancs has consistently received accolades and awards from international wine competitions around the world. Aged for a minimum of three years en tirage, this world-class Blanc de Blancs achieves a quality unmatched by any other vintage Blanc de Blancs in its class.
