| Tasting notes |
| Black Label Sauvignon Blanc offers quintessential varietal notes of gooseberry,
lemon, grass, zesty citrus and minerals. |
| Technical notes |
| A blend of fruit from estate vineyards, the Black Label Sauvignon Blanc was specifically designed to enjoy
with food and as such, is ideally suited for restaurant service. After pressing, the juice was portioned off
into two groups. Most of the wines were fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain
crispness and acidity. The remainder fermented in neutral oak barriques, which lent weight and
complexity to the wine. |
