| Wine maker notes |
| Harvesting, unloading, crushing and pressing are all carried out with the maximum care to avoid unwanted maceration and fermentation. The wine is stored in temperature-controlled steel containers up to the time of its sterilized, cold bottling. |
| Food pairing |
| Ideal with fish, it can be served even with hors d’oeuvres and white meats.
